In keeping requirements to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19 in our community, the church building will remain temporarily closed.

Our street address is 288 Metcalfe Street (at Gilmour) in Ottawa.
Google map available on right sidebar or bottom of the page.

Sunday services are conducted by two Readers, elected by and from the membership. The Lesson-Sermon is made up of passages from the Bible and correlative selections from the Christian Science textbook, Science and Healthy with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. The references for the Lesson-Sermon are listed in the Christian Science Quarterly so that the lesson may be studied during the week preceding the Sunday service. The Bible Lesson is available for purchase at the Christian Science Reading Room.

Sunday School welcomes young people under the age of 20 to attend Sunday School held at the same time as the Sunday church service. Students are taught, and discuss the healing truths of the Bible and how they can apply them in their daily lives.

A Nursery is also available for infants and toddlers not yet ready for Sunday School.

Wednesday evening Testimony meetings

Join us Wednesdays for a short reading from the Bible and Science and Healthy with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy and then the congregation is invited to share how they have overcome physical and other types of challenges, including those of unemployment, housing, and personal relationships, through prayer as taught in Christian Science.

Child care is available during Wednesday evening meetings.
