Gratitude
Each year, The Campership Fund hears from grateful campers, telling us about their experiences. Here’s a sample of one letter. To read many more, click “More gratitude” below.
“I had one of the best summers yet this year at camp! I grew the most spiritually this year, which I’m grateful for, and tried pushing myself out of my comfort zone more than usual this year. I felt comfortable sharing a healing at one of our testimony meetings for the first time which symbolized a big step for me. I can’t thank donors enough for the wonderful experience I had this summer. Thank you everyone!”

Dear Friends,
All of us at The Campership Fund wish you a Happy New Year!
A new year can mean new beginnings and trying new things. If you’ve never gone to camp we hope you will put that on your list of things to do in 2026. Those who have participated in camp programs can attest that it’s an unforgettable experience filled with adventure, fun, friendship and spiritual growth. In 2025 TCF was able to help send more than 970 individuals to camp awarding over $1,450,000 to families! We are here to help YOU get there!
Wishing you a camp-passionate year!

It’s Not Too Late To Save For Camp!
Pick a camp program and SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!
As you are praying about going to camp we’re sure ideas will come to mind about how to get there. We’ve jump started things with a few ideas of our own:
For Adults:
- Set up a dedicated “camp savings account” and do a monthly deposit.
- See if the camp has a payment plan.
- Some camps offer discounts to those who enroll early.
- Consider using your tax refund.
- Volunteer at camp and get tuition credit, if offered by camp.
- See if your church offers tuition assistance (some do).
- Connecting with other camp families in your area for carpool/rideshare.
- Help your child set a savings goal and track it.
For Kids:
- Save birthday or Valentines money.
- Ask for camp as your birthday present.
- Sell lemonade.
- Offer to dog sit or babysit.
- Wash cars.
- Mow lawns/rake leaves/shovel snow in your neighborhood.
- Have a yard sale or bake sale or sell crafts.
- Offer tutoring.
- Create your own fundraiser.
- Older kids: volunteer at camp.
- Ask your parents to match every dollar you save.
- See if your church offers tuition assistance (some do)
If your family still finds itself in significant financial need and cannot afford to attend camp, then apply to The Campership Fund. We can help get you to camp!

O blessings infinite! O glad New Year! Sweet sign and substance of God’s presence here.
